How soon in advance do I need to place an order?

We reccommend always aiming to place your order for a custom charcuterie board 24 hours in advance to ensure availability! If you are trying to place a same-day order and our website is not allowing it, send us an e-mail and we will try our very best to accommodate you and fulfill your order! We do have pre-made charcuterie boards and boxes available at our retail shop, The Board Room!

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer delivery within Bryan / College Station city limits for a delivery fee of $15. If you are looking to have a board delivered outside of city limits please send us an inquiry through our Contact Us page!

What all is included on my charcuterie board?

All of our boards are uniquely crafted and paired based on seasonal ingredients! All boards include a selection of gourmet cheeses, cured meats, fruits, nuts, jams, olives, berries, and dried fruits! It is very important to note that we do not include crackers directly on the board as they will become soggy after they have been packaged! Please select what kind of crackers you would like when purchasing your board!

Are you licensed by the Health Department?

Yes! All of our food is prepared at our retail shop, The Board Room, which is approved and regularly inspected by Brazos County Health Services! If you are in search of a charcuterie or catering vendor, please confirm that they are in possession of a permit from the Health Department! I am looking to send a board as a gift, but I am out of town. Is this something that I can still do?

Of course! We would ask that you arrange a date and time for delivery where you know the recipient will be available to accept a delivery! Don’t worry, we won’t spoil the suprise. On the day of your delivery, we will reach out to let them know to expect a perishable gift that needs to be refrigerated and confirm that they will be home to accept!

I have an allergy to some of your ingredients, can I request a board without those ingredients!

Absolutely! We want you to be able to safely enjoy your charcuterie board and are more than happy to make accommodations for those who suffer from nut allergies, gluten intolerance, and much more! Please leave a detailed note with accommodations you may require when you select your board! We do want you to be aware that we will avoid cross-contamination as much as possible, but we do operate in a commercial kitchen that has many allergens present!
